Lyndon Sommer and Katrina Smeltzer attended DRI’s annual Professional Liability Seminar in New York City November 29 through December 1. Members learned about the use of AI in the legal profession, allocation of fault among parties, e-discovery tips, limit of liability provisions, and license complaints.
Katrina Smeltzer was on the steering committee for the seminar.
